Lee Fields is another one of my favorite soul singers. Unlike some of his contemporaries, there’s no mystery regarding his whereabouts, because he’s just recorded yet another soulful album with The Expressions, for Truth & Soul Records in NYC. Stones Throw here in LA have uploaded one of the tracks from the album, called “Ladies” which you can either stream or download, whichever you prefer. It’s really good. Check it out. This guy is a living legend.
