Never Built: Los Angeles

Never Built: Los Angeles is a fascinating concept for an exhibition – documenting the Los Angeles which could have been, based on lofty architectural, public transport, and other huge (but destined to remain conceptual) city-planning projects from the likes of Frank Lloyd Wright, John Lautner, Rudolph Schindler, Frank Gehry and Thom Mayne. The catch is that the A+D Architecture and Design Museum need to raise $40K in order to put this exhibit together so they’ve put together a Kickstarter project for it. They’re currently 2/3 of the way there, and pledging closes on Valentine’s Day.
