Russell Wiley Is Out to Lunch

I’ve been enjoying this 2010 novel from Richard Hine lately. Russell Wiley Is Out to Lunch is about a middle-manager in the dying newsprint industry, watching the business crumble, while navigating the challenges of corporate America. It has made me laugh out loud several times. Hine is an Englishman by way of London, once a copywriter, who transplanted to NYC at the age of 24, to pursue creative marketing roles at giant publications like Time magazine, the New York Times, and Adweek.
